Once Loved; Twice Dead Poem by Samantha Micnheimer

Once Loved; Twice Dead

I love you so much more than you will know
I enjoy life so much more
now that we are together;
you don't judge all you do is care
and never cause any pain.
you expected me for who I am
and not wanted more.
we have so much to gain
and no one can change
that you are mine and
you never have to shead
a tear of lonliness or
hurtfullness again. (Revised Version of Jake Blitz)

Then again you went
and hurt me again.
sheading tears and
wanting to die.
I thought what we had
was special but I guess
I was wrong. never again
will i trust a man about
the love and compassion I'd
thought we shared.
thanks for hurting me again.
