One letter

Dervishes' forty-days
- (Called: "Chelleh")
-is, Yoga, in its way.

They, both, mean
-praying in silence, mystical.

Now let us squat, close eyes
-keep the world out of mind
-be ourselves, live-calm-life.

Think of words, spell them
-remove, add, change letters
-let the Pat become cat
-let dust rust and charm churn.

Now let love conquer
-add in herbs, flavours
-of kindness, forgiveness
-then sip it and inhale…
