- One Old Man
- Translated by Frank C Yue
The verdant peaks and quiet valleys
Shrouded by the mists and clouds leisurely;
By the bubbling stream a small hut is seen.
And the shades of bamboos green are so serene.
Carpeting and cooling the path wild -
Both the bright moonlight and the breeze mild.
The young Night is heralded in by insects chirping
Just quickens his strides, the one who is returning.
