It's been a year now
and I still feel the same
I cry silently every time I hear your name...

the time we spent together
the memories we share
will the pain ever cease
knowing you have gone on
and found true peace?

If time would stand still
a moment before that fateful day
I would have moved Heaven and Hell
to have the chance to say 'I love you'
one last time
for both our sakes...
