Only A Small Portion Poem by J Sheba Anandhi

Only A Small Portion

Many think I am enveloped in happiness,
But I was enfolded by stress and strain,
With every opportunity I fled to new places
Only to return to my dysphoric den;

Many think I am covered in blissfulness,
Such was my portrayal in all my status,
I sure can characterize my emotions
Occasionally to focus on the pleasance,
So the portrayal is not a prevarication,
It is not whole and only a small portion.
