Don't be a victim stand up for yourself
Take back control rely on no one else
Hold tight to the reigns and never let go
Don't be a part of the vacuous show

Don't entertain fear or emotional tease
Be honest and sincere stay away from the trapeze
Be alive every second never doubt your worth
Be as proud as a lion as you walk on this earth

Don't follow the crowd like all the rest
You shout from the rooftops you do your best
Don't wallow in self-pity and live in the past
There is no solace there no ignorance can last

Don't revel in the news or watch endless tv
A billion different views will defuse what you can't see
Don't try to avoid pain everyone has to pay
And never forget you're only one breath away
