Only The Moon Knows How Loud I Cry. Poem by Sandra Kavanagh Josefsson

Only The Moon Knows How Loud I Cry.

Rating: 5.0

Only the moon knows how loud I cry.

Only the moon knows how loud I cry.
Only the moon knows the pain in the depths of my soul.
Only the moon hears my whispers at night.
Only the moon sees my shadows and my light.

And in the long hours of evening,
when everything is silent and all you can hear is the clock ticking in the hall,
it shines its light through the window
so you can see its shadows playing on the wall.

Only the moon can feel my sorrow.
Only the moon can see my aches.
Only the moon can hear my whispers
Only the moon sees whats at stake.
