Only you know me, the real, honest me,
Only you see right through what I try to be,
Only you could ever make me truly cry,
But you are the only one who would never try.

When I am just feeling really low, and down,
You are the one that brings good times back around,
You know that I'm not as strong as I try to be,
I really am soft inside, you know, because you see,

You see when I'm truly sad, no matter what I say,
And you are the one that takes my sadness away,
When I'm angry, or just feel hate brewing inside,
You always make me laugh, so my anger will subside,

Only you are really, and truly my best friend,
Only you are one that may just stay till the end,
Only you can always look at me, and make me grin,
Jus by making me remember everything that is within.
