Open my eyes,
To see the light that lies hidden;
Open my ears,
To hear melodies in the silence;
Open my tongue,
To hymn the glories of Your name.

Unlock the chains from my feet,
So I may walk the path to You;
Open my heart,
That I may dwell with You by will.

Spread my arms wide,
That I might embrace You fully;
Enlighten my mind,
To grasp Your wisdom profound.

Subdue my eternal foe,
That my thoughts may pulse with truth;
And if You ignite this humble mind,
I'll carry You upon my stream of love.
