Open Wings Poem by AL MAMUN RITON

Open Wings

You showed me the endless sky,
And a strange desire awoke in me,
Let's spread our wings and fly to the horizon.

Soaring with the clouds, we'll see
Nature's magnificent adornment.
The white sails of clouds in the blue sky,
The Earth shimmering in the sun's light,
All blending into a mesmerizing scene.

We'll see the rivers bend and merge with the sea,
A strong urge to keep pace with the current.
If we meet a waterfall,
We'll pause there for a while,
Listen to the sweet murmur of water,
Feel as if we've become one with nature.
