Orchestra Disaster Poem by Chi Li

Orchestra Disaster

We went to the concert,
me and my friends,
and we thought it was going to be great,
but it really wasn't.
The entire concert was full of screeching violins,
babies whining,
people talking on their cell phones so loud,
conducters that decided to ruin the experience,
laughing and annoying ticket takers who finally got their salary,
little kids that were banging toy pots and pans so loudly,
and the singers that were carrying a jacked-up microphone that almost made me deaf.
I wasted twelve dollars for this.
