A cloudburst of energy
Release of pent emotion
A withering of strength
And yet a strong renewal
An explosion which tenses and
Yet relaxes
Satisfaction of the physical
Rejuvenation of the spiritual
Aging yet refreshing
Infinite yet infinitesimal
Enjoyed within yet shared without.
