Love can heal or destroy,
Your heart has healed me,
It's true, this is a blessing,
Planned from creation,

I had nothing, not even clothes to cover my shame,
when i met you,
But you believed me,
Something my family failed to see,

You worked so hard for us to be here,
The two shall become one flesh,
Well, I respect you dear,
My father's name will live on for generations.
