Osama - But A Drama - Poem by Violetta Simatupang
I watch the 1,2,3,4 o'clock wild-eyed views
hear the 5,6,7,8 o'clock news
the final episode of Osama bin Laden
1 bloody name lessen: on the opponent's list
" to hell …you, exorcist. Terrorist "
In a killing silence closing my eyes
doubting myself what to feel
just believe or shall I relieve?
a bloody shorter way to mishappy
agree with the ONE order: "Go, روزہ, ہوشیار ہونا
make it snappy! "
Is the end of the anger - the start of the worry
or the end of the worry - the start of the anger?
and the murderers are the winners, really?
wait, but someone whispers: sinners, dearly?
millions admit it is a bless
an absolute victory of the battledress
I watch I hear: the 1 to 8 o'clock views and news
The end of Osama bin Laden
His heresy - iron maiden
His lady - laden with sadden.
