Our Friendship - Poem by Chelcie Reaves

I sit here and wonder
If we'll ever be friends like we used to
Cause last year...
Some pretty bad things happened
And as I try to put them in my past
The faster they come back
Your parents loved me
Just like my parents loved you
My mom may say she don't
But I know it's not true
So if at the end of this year
We go our seperate ways
I'll never forget the times we had
Or the fights we had
But between the good and bad
The happy and sad
Our friendship will never leave my heart
