A seed that holds within a tree
Smile, gleaming ay of happiness
Has now to pay such great a fee
Eyes; now filled with deep nothingness
Sharp; hight pitched sound heard through laughter
Silence; all eyes low with hurt deep
News; back to army, loud thunder
Will I survive once more this leap?
Our last dove; hatched out of our love nest
Return without a hole in your chest!

I gave this poem a ten because it was one of the best technical poems I have read. Your rhythm and rhyme were excellant. Outstanding! Just outstanding! GW62
