Our Own Graves

Rating: 2.7
Talk but not that loud
Walk but not that proud
Bury me but not in that ground

I think I have found what makes souls insane
and want to console chaos think I know what
brings spring along with the birds that sing
I think I know why an ear can't hear the drop
of a tear, I think I know why most love stories
end with a sad sorry

I’m trying to imagine snow falling slow down my
brain, all this thinking makes my head want to
blow, Oh my eyes start to glow as I’m thinking
about what I have to show for all the pain i have
been through, but I’m not one to complain about
this insane life we live in, I just want to maintain
the bit of respect I have left for myself

These thoughts have drained my brain for the last
time, Oh heat me with a Cain and explain why this
train called life leaves you lame and full of shame that
you would want to change your name, well all of us have
to be brave and walk to the darkest cave to dig our own
graves, where our long lost soul mate called death will be
waiting to take our last breath
