I had to admit.
I liked you at first but told myself no.
You love someone else deeply
And that's something I can't compete with.
You got your heart broken.
I can't do anything about it.
I watched you from a distance,
Broken and sad.
I watched you from a distance,
When you turned everything around.
But then, I never thought
That from a distance,
I'll watch you fall in love with someone new.

After 5 years since the day I met you,
You finally noticed me.
You finally start to see me that I'm better than anyone else,
but him.
You listened to me, told me you admire me
You told me you've never met someone like me.
And I told you in all honesty,
I've always been like this.
I'm right here all along.
You respect our time together,
You made me feel special.
You found real friendship in me.
But is it really real if we keep secrets from each other?
Is it really real if I never told you what I really feel?

There are stories about you.
I never believed them because I thought I knew you.
But then one day, I finally saw it.
I'm afraid what they said were true.
Right in front of my eyes I saw everything.
My heart wants to scream,
I stifled the tears that's coming.
Finally, when it's all dark
I let the tears fall down from my eyes.

When I started liking you,
I said to myself
It's just a crush, It'll fade away
But I started wishing you'll feel the same
I wished.
Because I know it'll never happen.
You made me feel special,
that's why even though it hurts,
I STAYED.

I stayed because...

Because I believe that we shared something special.
Because my friendship with you is more than my stupid feelings for you.
And finally, I stayed because...
After all that's happened,
I AM STILL MADLY IN LOVE WITH YOU.
