Overflow Poem by Sanjib Saha

Its a terrible shock.
A person moves toward a ferry.

The waves of the
Sound pierce the heart.

Nobody bothers-
The touch of the dew drops,
The smoke of the evening cry.

It encircles the city.

We the people want a crossroad.
The river and the rivulets overflow.

A small lady asked- 'what a strange!
You are trying to cross the river.
But it is overflowing you.'
