Overreacting Poem by Satish Verma

Overreacting

Do the shadows
talk solemnly, when
the light goes out?

*

Walking over the
cobblestones, you return back
to somber childhood.

*

It was a sudden assault
of the wild winds.
The rusty moon
starts bleeding.
