Owl And Toad Wardens Poem by james watkin

Owl And Toad Wardens

Out there on Day's perimeter
Places where the sky darkens
With strict decrees, to enforce
The Owl and Toad wardens.

Familiarized with, when colder
Through minds that shake with fear:
'Dew-paths, I'll not see you make! '
'Home, rush home; winds be drear! '
