Paella - Poem by Margaret Kollmer
In butter/olive oil, fry red onion pieces.
Add chunky Chorizo and neat chicken
Add concentrated garlic and ginger (if
too busy to chop yourself)
Add assorted coloured peppers, mushrooms, cooked corn, peas
Add chicken stock and white wine
Stir and blend
Flash fry some seafood Marinara mix, add and simmer on low.
Easy peasy and quite dee-vine!
