I know you can't see
the pain you've caused
because all along
you never really noticed me

I've always been there
and always will
but only because
of the love you share

I needed you then
but where were you
no where to be found
way back when

I thought you were there
but as we now see
the dreams I had
were too much to bare

oh how I wish you
would just turn to see
that I'll always support you
in whatever you do

I want you to dream far
and never look back
just leave me now
with a tiny scar

please just try
and follow you're heart
even if we end up
saying good bye.
