Pain Without A Pain Poem by Satish Verma

Pain Without A Pain

For whom you live,
if there is no house in air, where
eagles zoom sharpening their talons.

Like a scapegoat,
someone makes you go into the forest
of darkness in broken love.

My wounds will not
come out of the cage of the rainbow.
The rain will come at midnight.
