Painful Desire Poem by brendon khore

Painful Desire

Rating: 4.5

Should there be tears in my eyes
For you to see that I am in pain
And I do everything not because I have
Something to gain, but I haven't been
The same since I met you.
I want to confess my feelings but I
Don't know how to.
The sky is blue and my love is true
You don't have a clue how I desire to
Cross the line you drew.
I sometimes wonder if its better to have
Loved and lost or to have never loved
At all
