Painful Love - Poem by Vladimir Kristus
I gave pain to myself
just to see if you would care.
It doesn't matter anymore
since you're never there.
Now I need you.
You tossed my love to the side,
you always shunned my feelings,
but in the end,
I love you.
I love your soft pale skin
I love your light blue eyes.
I love your laugh and smile.
I just wish I could have it all to myself.
