Past Time - Poem by samantha victoria 1985 smith
i watched but you did not see
i was looking at you
i listen but you did not hear
i was talking to you
i felt but you did not feel
i was touching you
i wrote but you did not read
the letters i left for you
i screamed but no sound came out
you wouldnt even come even if i was to shout
i run but i do not move
for you are already gone befor i could come after you
i fell but i did not fall
for i am now stronger so ill stand tall
im crying but i do not cry
for you are not worth my tears that come from my eyes
im sad but smiling in side
for i always knew i was just a past time for you
