Pathetic - Poem by CHOUDHURI SUKUMAR

Do not make sounds. Please shut your eyes
If you can. Ask God to put off
Illuminations for a while.
It is a very distressing scene indeed.
Supernatural, sacred and beautiful

In nightlong nihility
A wise man all alone
Weeping silently
