Fear not the words of which I speak
Love in hate is what I seek
For love is love and love is hate
My love in which I here do state
Without the dark there’s lonely light
Without the stars a gloomy night
For wishes lost beneath ones breath
A dream thought not upon ones death
Your words form chains around ones soul
Where hope once lived a gaping hole
In awe they glare at what was lost
Eyes cold as ice – this morning’s frost
But in this grim and murky era
I will not fear this lurking terror
And as you fade from this, my mind
A state of peace, I’ll hope to find
