Peaceful Feeling Poem by Dawn Keller

The sky is blue and the grass is green
Peace, love, and joy all surround me
Calming waters and falling leaves
Make for a peaceful feeling

Calming rivers give me joy
Listening to the fish move about
Watching the river flowing
Never knowing where or when it stops

Green grass and blooming flowers
Give me a calming feeling of safety
Listening to the animals moving through the woods
And the birds chirping a lovely song

Night time has fallen upon us
Now its time to watch the fire continue to grow
As the light slowly burns down
Night time is here and now its time to sleep.
