Now I’m back in your arms
But I feel as though we don’t fit
Like we used to. We don’t fit
In perfect harmony.
We’ve both changed
But I want us to be one again
Before you left me.
I waited for you
Even though you gave me no hope
Even though I thought you didn’t care
I tried to get to you
I understand why you left
But I can never fully forgive you
For leaving me. Only time will prove
How much I mean to you
Until then I’ll suffer in silence
