Perfection Poem by Samantha Campbell

Perfection

He Had Me At
Gluttonous Will
For Just A Moment
I Depicted Pictures
and In Silence
I Oozed Out
Rehearsed Lines
Yet None ever Came Out

As Connections Were Connected
and For Once I felt
Perfection Was Attained
Execution Eloquently Executed
Explicitly Included

Existence of Concepts Were Included
We Wrote Poetry
Amidst The L's Many Fight For

Permanence of a Smiles
As He Became My Pen
Provoking Thoughts and
Allowed a Bleeding Heart TO Flow
Freely and Expertly

Yet He Knows Not Through Words
Possibly Through Actions

That May Have
Meant More To Me
Than Him

Cause He Knew Not
That As We Spoke
I Simply Thought
'You Are My Perfection Attained'
For These Few Seconds
As Eyes Close Entrusting
A Small Piece of Poetry

Savoring Sweet Nectar of
Astrological Compatibility

He Enticed Creativity
As Spoken Word Was Heard Through Silence
and Imagery Was Created Through Action

I Waited and A Good Thing
Came At Least For A Moment

Perfection in my Eyes
Was Attained
