Perhaps in this world be there poverty not,
Perhaps in this world be there adversity not,
Perhaps we are tangled in the diversity of race,
Perhaps we are entangled with life, what a fate?

Perhaps if we think we can find another way,
Perhaps if we change, our dreams will not be far away.
Perhaps if we can help someone someday,
Perhaps we will find peace and happiness that day.

Perhaps if we go one little step beyond,
our own drawn boundaries and make that bond,
of brother hood with nations and sing their song.
Perhaps there will be nothing but peace,
and no tension in this world and the world beyond.
