Perverted Perfection Poem by Holly Heron

Perverted Perfection

I'm looking at you,
Looking for the beauty,
That people say they see,
I can't see it,
All I see is perverted perfection,
The face of satans mistress,
All I see is ugly glee,
In the face of one used to power,
I see a figure,
Just as tempting as is told,
But filled to the brim with vendiction,
I'm seeing a woman,
As beautiful as life,
In all its horror,
It's horrid joy,
I see a temptress,
With a twisted beauty,
I'm looking at you,
Trying to see what I used to,
But you left me,
And you took him.
I'm looking at you,
Looking for a beauty,
Twisted by perverted passion.
