Petals Of Ink Poem by caitlin mairead

Petals Of Ink

Rating: 5.0

my pen weeps petals of ink
bound into a sable rose
where the butterfly stops to drink
paint the sky with darkened prose
circle stars that glimmer and wink
winds pass by through flocks of crows
seeping with lost tears of ink

The butterfly flies free. A nice little poem.
