I’m prepared to relent.
Still, I hope you’ll repent.

Make your New Year’s resolve
Be more quickly to solve
Your site’s IT troubles
Before user rage doubles,
Then triples, quadruples…
Come, show us some scruples!

Also, it wouldn’t hurt
To make reply (albeit curt)
When a member sans fuss
Speaks to you through “contact us.”
That would feel more polite
And would be more upright.

But in honor of this day of fun,
I say, ‘God bless us, everyone! ’
