This is a clever poem. You pose a question that is more complex than it at first seems. Philosopher can't agree amongst themselves about the theory of knowledge; imagine the chaos if they had to draft laws. But law alone don't govern - they have to be refined, revised, interpreted, even abolished. I really don't the choice to make...You've created a conundrum!
