Pictures Poem by Kristy Artmann

Pictures

Pictures-they tell stories, happiness, and war worries.
Tell how we met, how we became to be, how two became four.
How much we love one another, yet still much more.
Capture memories that are priceless and timeless,
Memories that we hold dear.
They tell lies, sadness, and truths divine.
Pictures-new, old, soon to be,
Some special only to you and me.
Our scrapbook of memories,
We accumulate to share for days to come.
