Pink Moments Poem by marietta cantos

Pink Moments

Rating: 4.0

moments in baby pink
dancing molecules in my brain
was it only yesterday when
i saw you smile?
talk in silence across a crowd?
was it only yesterday when
i heard your voice?
speak in whispers to a soul mate
yet unknown?

was it only yesterday when
that special bond
the 'you' and the 'i'
narrowed down
into a thin gap between knowing
and unknowing?

relative closeness
awakening of the self
and a sweet sensation
akin to heaven's gift...

moments in baby pink
dancing molecules in my heart
pink moments
melting...
this maze of love's wordlessness
an eternity of radiant eloquence
love is a wilderness
in baby pink!
