Plum Blossoms Poem by james watkin

Plum Blossoms

We define them in
Their sporadic gusts.
But how more seldom of a foreignness
Do we of these skyey regions confess!

When successive waves
Spring into summer
Day on day, of the blossom-tides imbue
With orient exquisiteness the blue.
