O my little princess, the sign of joy!
You remain so busy with your fond toy.
Over the day you play with your plaything
And fill us with happiness by smiling.

You're so small but you never feel weary
From where do you get strength and energy?
You do get up every early morning
And wake all of us by merrymaking.

So sweet you seem to be when you bare teeth.
So lovely you look when you move your feet.
I love you so much; how can I express?
You are my Love; you are my happiness.

O my princess, the flower of my Love!
My Lord has sent you to me from Above.
