Poet Philosopher... Poem by John F. Bisner Ureña.

Poet Philosopher...

Rating: 5.0

I feel so energetic and so broke
like a sleepy philosopher out of breath
getting on the wings of a Pegasus Unicorn
without pleasure to know poet's dreams.

Joy without fortune in the mortal Being that rejoices
with its meek little tealights of hope spark
gleaming in the happy desire to write to his people
notes that are spun from pain to love I don't know
with what bohemian fantasy in the swaying of his
everlasting thoughts and feelings.

Bewildered inglorious poet shares his harmony
in a heartbroken paradisiacal symphony
between black letters and gray shadows on white
wrinkled sheets of the poetic wakefulness of him
who sleeps in yesterday and cry sound tears that flow
in the fine pen that simple glides smoothly between
fallen verses in the serene song of a loving nightingale
suffering Philosophical sorrows painted on the sublime
of his noble heart.

John Bisner Ureña.
