Poet Tribute
Ima poet in motion,
creating the emotion
Sticking out each line,
emphasising the rhyme.
I'm lyrically wise,
in this sweet disguise.
Ima offer you a tribute,
my mind thinking of you.
Then to putting pen to paper.
scribble a line, look at the time,
and think 'if you were mine'.
Lay it down again and again,
till we get to the end.
It's time to close it all off,
and show that i'm soft.
