Poetic Inspiration -To Surja Sengupta
I wanted to rate your portrait,
And was busy to add,
The passing beauty of nature,
I mused and muses to draw image,
To reflect the tranquil beauty of your face,
Your eyes drag me beyond my poet,
And placed my vagabond before a mysterious gate,
The door opened with a magician's wand,
Lost in awe and admiration, I was stunned.
Nothing so there was to translate into word,
You came out as the sole inspiration of a divine bard.

I would like to translate this poem
In time-devoured life, inspiration from beauty, and image of divine purity bring sense of immortality.
