Cleansing of my spirit
Soothing to my soul.
Time for reflection and self analyzation.
Written down with God determination.
Don't think too hard
That'll ruin the process.
Just take the time to reflect
On self.

I agree lana....words dont come out if you try too hard....I have been on the pleateu quite a number of times...pls read some of my poems when you have time
