Poetry Food Poem by Jaycee Wilkerson

Poetry Food

Growing into my words
I am a man now
So my verbs
Are turning into actions

I have a plan now
Im making my own way
Im breaking away
From the heards
I understand now

Starting to uncover truths
I not paying attention
To (the) fashions
Im not excited by actions
I have learned those lessons

My style is old
But my demeaner is both
I would like to
Call it prefection
Not just my words

I am a statement
If you listen to my
Poerty
Natural inlightment
If you recieve
my message openly

Living life has
Made me wise
Dealing with pain
Have made my
Feelings come alive
Blunders and years
Of negitivity
Has made me
Think twice

These are not just words
This is my story tellervised
And if it goes unspoken
Then my life it self
Will be jepardized

I said it once
I will say it again
I am living through my words

I become the leader
And you the readers
Become my heards

Follow me
As I lead you
With words
Allow me
To feed you
With this poetry
Spoken word
