Poets are spinners of threads, weavers of words
Into magic carpets woven;
Shooting solar winds, with reach beyond the stars and moons,
To land on mossy banks of Time
Or break on shores of different clime;
Then, having mined rich seams of thought,
And old views seen with new eyes caught,
Return to homeland's beaconed port.
