Poets Are A Dying Breed (Double Bussokusekika)

My doctor told me
Poets are a dying breed
In very few words
I told him there are thousands
If not millions of poets
Here online in cyberspace

He even asked me
Have you made any money
With your poetry
I replied I'm retired
All my poems are unique
And every poem is free

I rejoiced to read this wonderful poem, Edwin. The interaction between the doctor and the poet is exhilarating. Thanks for sharing.
