poets these days
always using words that no one knows
words that no one ever needs to know
theyre constantly alluding to god knows what
in their attempt to thumb their noses at the
bukowskis standing beside the red wheelbarrow drinking beer
an intellectual says a simple thing in a hard way
an artist says a hard thing in a simple way
but what do i know, im drunk
