Political Correctness Poem by Paul Hartal

Political Correctness

She sits on a park bench eating raw almonds
and sipping water through a straw.

"Am I politically incorrect", she asks,
"just because I don't like parasitoid wasps,
mosquitoes and flies? "

"But I am certainly not a racist", she says.
"I don't hate all insects. I like, for example,
lady beetles and butterflies".
